How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Governmentsinging Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Governmentsinging Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please understand that Governmentsinging Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@governmentsinging.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
